Unauthorised Charges on my account!!

In April there were a few Charges to my Account that I questioned;  But because my great-grandson uses my phone Sometimes I disregarded them!!  But since I put a stop to that; in May there have have even More!!!  I'd Really like to know what to do about this, as I really don't want to Have to get yet another card!!!
