Poor Customer Service & Beyond

We rented a car from them in Italy this past August.  The mobile wifi device we rented for 105 Euro never worked.  They still are charging.  Plus, they charge a cleaning fee of 100 Euro.  After stating my claims and expecting some amount of courtesy, they have flat out refused to reimburse me for both charges.  Not sure what other options are...but if there's anything to rent besides Europcar, I would go with the other option.
