Received an invoice in October 2016 to pay $549.36 for carpet cleaner that was never ordered by anyone in this property.  Just one day received 12 gallons of carpet cleaner at $40 a gallon and a $70 shipping fee.  Tried calling the 800 number listed to request they come pick up their product but they just answer and hang up.  Notes have been specifically placed at each front desk and housekeeping department to refuse any and ALL products from this supplier.
Their sales agent is also a fast talking individual who will cuss you out when he is informed that you are not interested.
DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

    Just like the "toner" scams..
    You don't owe them for products you never ordered.  Treat it as the fraud it is, and file fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
    You can't trust any "recording" presented by these scams, since it's common to use deceptive scripts, then edit the responses into some different script to create the appearance of an "agreement".
