Represenatives call me twenty four seven , night and day regarding a past due amount on a old bill. Upon calling the company I was greeted by a very rude acting representative who made my feel lower than dirt. After the initail shock of feeling unconfortable, I explained to the rep that I was on a limited budget only having the ability to live within my own means. After hearing this the rep became very hostile toward me attacking my character which made me feel worse than I did from my inatail contact. Some time later i suggested a payment plan which I could afford due to my limited budget but they were stadfast on thier qouted payment options. Again I explained thier was no possible way that i could fufill this qouted amount which was stated to me. After a good thirty minute phone conversation thier was no resolution to the issue. I feel that thier representative was very rude and nonunderstanding from the beginning to end. If you could please have them stop calling me knowing that I did make contact with thier representive trying to resolve this outstanding issue.

DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE A CENT until you have verified you actually owe any money. Its a scam to collect an unowed debt and they seem like they will try to brute force you into paying something you may not owe at all.
Also I failed to mention their letter had 4 seperate business addresses on it and two different contact numbers. They have horrible spelling on their letter and spelled my name incorrectly, not just missing a letter or mispelling one letter but they had my first name incorrect and used my middle name as my last name. I am also filing a fraud and harassment report with the local police and county sherrifs office tomorrow when I go into work and will be contacting the AG office on monday as well.
Don't play their game. If you never owed any money then open up on them with everything that is available to you. You need to protect your self. Use local, state and federal agencies, thats what they are there for.
