applied for loan

I receive an e mail from Turcio.alex@aol.com pretending to take me to court for not paying off the personal loan in the amount of 400.00. I Paid back 200.00 dollars and I haven't heard anything from anyone since I asked for the loan and I am sick and tired of having to deal with another scams and I don't want this individual to ever contact me again
