Not get the interent usage ofter the recharge

hi my mobile number is 9173749033 and i m getting 100 MB usage everyday today i dont get the 100 mb and i lost my 30 rs balance and when i recharge with 47 again and i still not get 100 mb, and also dont get proper reply from company.
