furniture breaking down

I purchased a Chateau d'az couch, loveseat and chair two years ago. the padding in the loveseat arm has big dents in it and the bottom at the front of the chair, is sagging. I called Elder Beerman and all they could tell me that there is only 1 year warranty so basically I am SOL. The funny part is I purchased a Chateau d'az couch, loveseat chair and ottoman 7 years ago from Elder Beerman and guess what, I still  have this set in my family room and it is in excellent shape, no sagging, bad arms or anything, this set was made in Italy, I assumed the other did too. So this is the reason we bought the same brand, I am truly disappointed in this set and to find out we are stuck with sub standard furniture. Would not recommend this brand due to poor warranty and poor customer sevice
