It took filing a complaint with American Express, after waiting 15 days with no responses from Beads and Charms to my emails, but as soon as I set AmEx on it -- BAM, Beads and Charms shipped that very day! Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them any more, but I do love American Express! :-)
