They have been calling several times a week. Each call comes from a different area of the United States. The few times I have spoken to someone and asked to be removed from their list, I am answered with profanity and a hang-up. FTC....where are you? This has been going on for years!

I too have been receiving the annoying calls from Rachel at cardholder services. Unfortunately, this is not a real company and the number they use to call from are also not real. it would be extremely difficult for the FTC to stop these calls. It's like trying to go after a ghost. I like to press one and mess with the criminal trying to steal my information. When they ask for the card number, I gve them a 1-800 phone number. I act like I am not sure what number they want from my card. After a couple of minutes, they usually get frustrated, yell obcentities at me and hang up. I figure I am at least wasting some of the time they would be using on someone else.

two or three times a day.  Do Not Call Does No Good.  Phone companies make milli-cents per call off of them, so they like it.  Call your Congressman and *DEMAND* that they *FORCE* telcos to implement the existing technology to shut these con-men down.
