I did not order this magazine and I will not pay a bill if it comes. How can I stop it or find a number to call to stop it and complain. 707-557-1002

You have no obligation to pay for stuff you didn't order. It is illegal to send bills for it through the US Mail. It is a form of mail fraud.
The magazine should list the publisher with a contact number. Call the publisher and tell them to cease sending unwanted magazines. If they say you have to contact some sleazy marketer, tell them you'll file a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector against THEM if you get a bill. Follow up with a written notice sent to the publisher.
