Poor customer service

Flexicell is taking money from my bank account but I don't see any airtime. I called them many times, but that did not help. They started debiting my account in April but I received my first package from them just a week ago.

After countless phone calls I still don't have the airtime I paid for and continue paying. Every time I call they say I will have my airtime by tomorrow. But that does not happen.

They also called me to offer more sim cards!?! Disgusting customer service.

    I discontinued my contract with Flexicell in 2007 but they are still debiting my account and I can't reach their offices.

    I feel helpless.

    It is apparent that nobody at flexicell answers thier phones. I have scheduled a visit from Kevin Alberts for last week. He has yet to show up and will not return my phone calls. I have attempted to call other extensions and all I get is voice mails. The poorest support I have ever recieved from any business.

    Hi,you 've been deducting R99 from my account for nothing,I never received any airtime or a cellphone from you,please stop before I take further steps.I also need a refund of all the deductions.

    I got call from flexicell agent that I qualify for z10 blackberry and I give them my bank details from standard bank. Two days later they call me to tell me that I dnt qualify and the deals is off. Two years now but every month R99 is been deducted from my account.
