Hi -

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a fraud! Even if you follow the rules and send back your mechandise unopened, you will have to fight it in arbitration with your credit card company. I have receipts from UPS tracking that posterpass.com signed for the packages, and they still will not credit my account!

My daughter signed up for a "Penny" poster. We received that in the mail - and much more. From 6/11 - 6/14 we received (unsolicited) $240's worth of "posters". I have sent all but one back - unopened - and am still waiting for the credit on my credit card account.

In my many calls to customer service, they swear that there are willing clients who want to purchase posters at $38 daily. They are polite, but ineffective.

It is a nightmare. Again, please don't make the mistake that we did.

Make sure you dispute with your credit card company IN WRITING, and make sure they receive your written dispute in less than 60 days from the statement date showing the charge, to preserve your FCBA dispute rights.

Illinois Attorney General Madigan has sued Peel, Inc. and its president, Brian Dale.

If you lost money due to unauthorized charges, file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General, but still make sure you dispute any charges through your bank immediately, since if the company turns out to be insolvent, bank disputes within 60 days may still push the loss back on this company's payment processor and retrieve your money.
