Member Services Keeps Calling!

They keep calling. I have caller ID on the one phone. The number was 503-902-8479. I called it back and got a recording saying "Enter your phone number for the do not call list." I did nothing and it said, "Your number has been successfully entered,"
They called 5 minutes later on the other phone. This time I spoke with someone from Atlanta Georgia she said. I asked for her number to call her back stating too much identity theft out there. How do I know you're legit? She wouldn't give it to me.
I am on the national do not call list. There has got to be a way to stop these people. They are starting to call on my cell too. I don't have any debt, so I wish they'd stop calling!
