I recently received a bill for a collect telephone call that I accepted.  I was quoted a price of $.25 a minute.  For a 9 minute call I was charged $17.95.  I can certainly afford to pay this bill, but I feel taken advantage of and would like an explanation of these charges.  I called the phone number on the bill (1-866-720-2137) and received an automated response.  None of these responses answered my question and I was unable to reach a "real person" to get an explanation of these charges.

    File a fraud complaint with your state Attorney General.

    This company is worse than any bill collector in this entire nation, and those calling from India. I have a bill for a 3 minute collect call from an airport for over 16.00. That should be criminal! They call my phone every 30 minutes through the day until at least 10pm. I have never gotten a paper bill, and will not pay this until I have one. How do I make them stop calling me, and threatening me? This should not be allowed by any company.
