Suspected Fraudulent Billing Practices

Being billed for services not requested or authorized.
They are very rude, disrespectful and hang up on you if they don't like what your saying.
They call saying that somebody there authorized  a service in the past, but then turn it around somehow to make it sound like you ordered the service, then they bill you for it.
