Techncal problem

For teh past month, whenever I hit the search routine, the system freezes and needs to be unplugged from the wall and reinstall.  This takes 45 minutes.

I have complained several times and they give me this 45 minute wait solution each time.

I am paying the service fee extortion charge which was added without my permission after I signed up for their poor product.  No service is ever provided.  Each call I make takes 60 minutes.

They are lazy and want nothing to do with the customer except access to the credit card for yanking money out of my account while failing to give me a working product.
