The Whirlpool refrigerator bought before 6 years had to be repaired 5 or 6 times.It seems Whirlpool Company produces substandard products.Everytime the refrigerator got repaired, it has not been working properly as it has to be.The last week when a technician was called,he did not find out the exact fault in it.It seems the technicians employed does not seem to be qualified or any technical experience to rectify the fault. Anyhow though the technician has been contacted regularly, nothing cameout fruitfully, atlast the technician turned up and said the motherboard of the machine has become useless.Ofcourse i agreed to get it changed.He has not done it so far and on contact a rude reply came from the tecnician as well as from the executive home care centre of the south zone of India.I have decided to throrefrigerator in Bay of Bengal.It is left to the CEO of the whirlpool company to decide who should be thrown in Bay of Bengal.Perhaps  all the fellows who do not do justice to their work in your company
