Airtel Customer Service is awful. I called them for Airtel Prepaid 4 times from US as my parents were stuck in London and balance on the card was zero. All 4 times I asked for prepaid section and was transfered to post paid department. The customer service people were not helpful and did not give information. Also they make me feel that i was some fool calling again and again. A request to talk to supervisor resulted in a hang up. Dont go to Airtel.
