Same crap-different number. They can't be stopped by any legitimate means.
They constantly rotate the numbers they call from.
Attempting to get whatever they can by Slamming, Scamming, attempted identity-theft, phony surveys, etc.
Caller ID = TOLL FREE CALL
Hmmmm, sounds like a dozen other numbers calling here.
This is a great country we live in where the SCUM-OF-THE EARTH Low-Lifes can harrass, annoy, attempt larceny, & otherwise abuse people & businesses and are protected by our constitution.

Comments
1) they do not clearly identify themselves, claim to be some "yellow pages" (which is not under trademark protection, so it could be anyone),
2) cannot be called back thru the number showing on caller id,
3) claim they are verifying business information for some "free" listing.
These sorts of scams usually proceed to sending a false invoice, claiming that they have a recording of an employee "authorizing" an order of a listing, such recording, if it even exists, would be only their "information verification" call misrepresented as an order authorization. They then demand payment, often using harassment and threats to damage credit, sometimes thru some "collection agency" (which may actually be the same people). The reported terms of "$99 set up fee and $190+ per month" might be what they bill and attempt collection for.

Possible indication their "yellow pages" operation is also associated with a "debt collection" business thru the same call center, which may be consistent with a "business directory" scam.

Claimed to be BMG Music and stated that I owed money for a unpaid balance. Which isn't true since I haven't used BMG since I was in high school. I'm now 28 yrs old. It seems like each person who writes a comment on here has a different story about this number. Be extra cautious about giving out your info to these ppl."

Caller claims that they are going to feature our company on google, and want us to verify company info. That's when I hang up on them. They are very persistant and annoying.

"These people keep calling and talking with a thick accent of some sort. They state they are calling from the Yellow Book and want to verify my free listing data. Then they wanted to send me a free upgraded advertisement. I have stated no....they will not go away. I am reporting them to the Attorney General.

Automated call said my business had been selected by the Small Business Association to be featured om Google - just p;ress 1. So I did just to see what they were about. Man came on and said my business wouild be featured on google in my area. I asked him if he knew what my business was - her didn't answer. I asked him to tell me if he knew whether my business was already featured on Google or not since Ihave worked to make my business website visible myself. He replied that it wasn't featured unless I paid. I asked what his charges were and he said $99 set up fee and $190+ per month to keep me there. I laughed and hung up. Suggestions: Keep these callers on the phone in unproductive calls as long as possible, then call their 800 number phones from pay phones in your area. Calling from your business phone, home phone or cell costs them only a few cents per minute - but pay phone calls can cost them BIG BUCKS per minute.

Female caller with heavy accent claims to be with my local Yellow Pages.She wanted to update information on our "internet yellow page ad". I asked her where she was calling from. She said Florida. I told her my local Yellow Page Company did not have a Florida address and that I would phone them myself to verify any information. She asked if she could call back. I told her No. I tried to call the number back that appeared on my caller I.D., It wouldn't go through. I've been ripped off twice over the phone from other companies from Florida. Just a little "Heads-up!"
