We purchased our membership a dozen or more years ago and our yearly fee is $99 but we recieved no bill this year. Now as I try to contact the Hoffman Estates location it is GONE. I don't know if another location took over the memberships IE Lake County [Waukegan Illinois] or if our membership is gone.

    We're you happy with it?  I'm not sure I am.  There's a branch in Chicago at Devon and Avondale(Harlem).  Good luck
