NO ATTENTION TO MY GRIEVANCE RAGARDING ONLINE EXAM

I have taken up PGDCRM course with SCDL in 2007 by paying full fee. And to my surprise in one of my subjects called E-Business I found the entire questions to be out of my syllabus. The terms used were nowhere mentioned in the text book. I had called them up, sent e-mails, written letters but all in vain. After that twice I had paid my arrear fees and appeared for the exam twice but same thing happened. Can I know if there is really someone who can help me and get me justice. Kindly do the needful. My registration no. is 200728670.

    i have send my examination form along with DD of rs 750 on 21 st march but till date have not recieved any confirmation on website on 10/4 called up at your customer care helpline they confirmed on 9 they recieved my dd but i am unable to to the slot booking it asking me to fill up the form once again and re submit the money request you to kindly check my details and rectify the same my registration id is 200641187

    I am Ankur Bhanawat S/o Nirmal Bhanawat. Presently I am Living In Udaipur .

    I had applied for getting admission in to symbiosis distance learning Course (SCDL) in the year of 2008 to do M.B.A. & My Reg No: 200827625



    I have deposited Rs. 1000 (One Thousand only) for registration and Then Rs. 25000(Twenty five thousand only) Course fee.



    Due To some Unavoidable reason I could not attend the Entire course

    Then I had requested them to refund my course fee but I found the reply by Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning (SCDL) that my course fee would not be refundable.



    I had taken the loan from HDFC bank to do this course so at that time I was in need of getting that course fee back to pay my loan to HDFC Bank.



    But due to their irresponsible attitude I faced big financial trouble.

    Hi there, I heard from scdl customer care executives that due to management change the number of attempts for assignment was reduced to 1. For additional attempt you have to send a draft of Rs 300. They are not accepting online payments. This increases the turnover time to nearly 10-15 days.

    I fail to understand the reason why such kind of changes should not have been imposed on students whose are already nearing completion. I would like to speak to the management who has taken such decision.

    Can someone please share contact number or email of some HIGHER AUTHORITY who can understand the situation when a student aspires to complete the course keeping in mind certain conditions and one fine day when there is no time left to waste, finds that the rules have changed. Why should i not be treated equally than my batch mates?? Just because i didn't complete the course early doesn't mean that i should be deprived of my rights??

    I HOPE SOMEONE FROM HIGHER MANAGEMENT CAN PROVIDE JUSTICE!!

      Dear SCDL Team,

      This is just not fair where you can cancel the admission but without refund of fees.

      Please do not cheat like this& accept my mail for refund because i am badly in need of money.
      I would submit all books at your institution & if you want keep some part of my fees from 25000 & give me the rest.

      Requesting you to do the needful at your earliest.

    Please help me  regarding the cancellation of my registration.

    I have submitted my project 2-3 months ago, but due to some personal reasons i didn't make the payment of  project fee i.e. Rs. 600 only now i have to reactivate my account by paying Rs. 7500 as reactivation fee its been one month by following them now they are saying the i have to re-register, i have submitted all of my fees. now only for project fee of rs. 600 i have to pay 7500 + 600. hope u'll revert us
