UNKNOWN DEDUCTIONS
AIRTEL PREPAID 9790324750 (TAMILNADU)
Sir,
1. My mother, Mrs Kasthuri Doraisingh, has had Airtel Prepaid no. 9790324750 (Tamilnadu) since the last approximate two years.
2. Approximately every day, there is a message " Call Cost 0:00, balance --:-- ......". Although, initially it is thought that there are no call charges as no call was made, close check of the balance amount reveals that every time the message comes, one rupee is being deducted from balance amount.
3. The only service activated is ' Jokes ' for which I have tried to discontinue but your service 1210 always says ' message not sent '. I also tried to sort out using 121@airtel.in but the response is complaint cannot be lodged as no airtel landline no. is given whereas I have given the mobile no.
4. I have been an Airtel customer last 4 years myself and have my Airtel no. wherein such unknown deductions have never occurred.
5. I therefore request you for the following actions:
(a) Please check this deductions and intimate reson for the same.
(b) Please discontinue ' Jokes ' service as there is no response from 1210.
