This is with reference to the above subject I have been trying to contact the MOBILY CUSTOMER CARE continously for the past 3 days but no response,
on 15th March 2011 @ 22:28 hours 5 Saudi Riyals were deducted from my credit balance after that I spoke to one of the call center execvutive to know the reason for deduction he asked me to contact after 24 hours & since then am trying to trace them but no response.
again on 18th March 2011 @ 10:04 hours 5 Saudi riyals deducted from my credit balance & the bloody call center do not respond to my phone call
This is really disgusting am loosing my credit without any reason, it really sucks.
Finally decided to change the service provide & hope this will not be repeated again.

Today (i.e. 22 JUN 2011 @ about 06:00 AM, I found that my 25 Saudi Riyals were deducted from my credit balance for nothing.
The same happened approximately a month before also. I tried to speak to one of the call center execvutive to know the reason for deduction but no response.
This is really disgusting & am loosing my credit without any reason, it really sucks.
Please check and return my credits to my mobile no. 0568086164.

Here I'm regret to inform you that unfortunately I'm the fool customer that
support you to make your service better & move forward.One side you announce
lowest call rate & the other side you stolen credit from my account several
time but I hope you will take a positive action on my request
So Please deactivate all those program which is the cause of deduction.
I'm waiting for your positive support in this matter or
otherwise I will change my service.

Now,I humbly request you,to deactivate all extra services which are [***] money if any service is active.
