Not being acknowledged and taken in a timely fashion

I went into Great Clips in Kernersville, NC. Almost no cars were parked in the front of Great Clips. Three operators were in the shop. I sat down and waited.
No one acknowledged that I was there. One man took a customer. A young girl was sweeping and what I considered "mousing". She finally came to the register. I did not clearly hear a May I help you. I approached the counter. She told me it would another 10-15 minutes. I gave her my phone number to register me in. That when the 10-15 minute wait came in. I was asked if I wanted a hair cut and I said yes. All I really needed was my bangs trimmed. I said just forget it! I walked out. Went to my car turned around and came back in and asked who the manager was. She was the blondish woman who had cut my hair before. I walked out again and just said forget it. Then I went on to say that she (the younger lady) was just mousing . All they said was Wow. Yes I was mad! You bet I was mad!
A Monday evening and they were by NO MEANS Full. Almost no cars were in front of that Great Clips. Male operator had a male customer female operator what appeared to be a Mom and Daughter another customer was seated and then me.
I realize that NC state laws insist that the shops must be cleaned of all hair and particles. The young lady told me she had worked one hour over her allotted time. I did not know that!. The sign was lighted that they were open. I just needed a quick bang trim is all that I really needed. I have seen this shop full before on a Saturday and someone registered me right away.
I am really sorry that I got angry. I will probably never go there again. With cameras and all these days who wants to be all over the net angry.
When it is a Monday night and the place is really Slow give me a break!
