rude service

im a mother of 2 and me my children and my husband went for a bite to eat after my daughters choir practice and as i was ordering my food the lady who i later found out her name was abigail she she yelled at me and said could you wait your not my only customer so i said yes mam i apologize then she continued talkin in the background im assuming she didnt know she was still on the microphon eshe then said i hate [***] that place big orders i then drove around to the window to ask for her manager who i later found out name was william and she closed the window in my face, turned aroundwith her back facing me she then turns back around and says he is busy and said have a good day.I will never return to that location in my life that was the worst experience the store# 5826 in longview, tx  loop 281 I have no plans on returning if it was up to me she would be terminated i have came to burger king for years and never experienced anything like that...
