Time it takes to get service

Today at 7pm visited Kfc gulf city. Kids were in the play area and I lined up in a line with about 25 people in front of me. 30 minutes passed and only 5 persons were served. We left Kfc hungry. Something has to be done with these service times as it appears to get worse every time we visit. As a shareholder this falls squarely on management. Stopped of at BBQ kings and got service in 10min despite the line there was also long.
