Customer Service/emails

Gunthy Renker is TERRIBLE. I will NEVER purchase anything associated with them again. Misleading, did not send what I ordered and then when I asked about it they keep sending me sales emails not once answering my question. This after no communication on why my product took a month to be sent.

Wen is a good product but unless someone else distributes it I will be finding something else to use.
I tried Proactiv in the past and had issues as well.
