I received the Pressure cooker in a very timely manner. However, the cook books and canning books along with the laddle were missing. Pre-Paid invoice from Heartland America, Shipping from  Heartland America, Phone number on invoice  Heartland America, Customer service  Heartland America, Cooker from  Heartland America, item from  Heartland America; all of this and I am told that I did not get the cooker from  Heartland America But the return slip on invoice is to  Heartland America. my name, address, product #, customer #, Description, price paid,all on the  Heartland America invoice but I am told I nor my orer exist according to their computer therefore the can not send me the missing items. NOT HAPPY WITH  Heartland America.
