extra charges over MRP on recharge voucher & network problem

my name is sandip vadhia and i have taken connection of hutch since last 1 year and since that date i am facing problem of network at my office premises and i have lodge so many complaints regarding network but they always reply that the our network engineer working continuously on it and your problem will be solved very shortly but till today still i am facing the problem now what should i do now?

secondly i have subscribe for SMS pack for rs 35 and i have paid for 50 SMS but they charge for every sms with in the range of 50 SMs i have charged for 10 rs extra?

    Hi ,

    This is Sanjay Swami, I had a corporate connection from Vodafone #
    (9873156990) and my billing cycle is 15th to 15th of a month. As per you
    first month bill my outstanding was 1759/- for which I made a payment of
    800/- on 23rd September 2007 and my last date for payment is 3rd of
    every month.  After that I started getting calls from your side for
    making payment of remaining amount of around 959/-. Even though I
    confirmed to pay it within a day or two but there were continuous calls
    from various people.

    Finally they sent an executive on 1st of October around 3:30 PM and I
    gave him a Cheque of UTI Bank (Cheque No:-020463) worth 959/- and got a receipt # 2543 against the same. The same was cleared on 05/10/2007 and I have already sent the Bank Statement to Vodafone.

    Then also they still saying we have not received my payment for the conforming the same I have send them UTI bank statement. I had sent them to so many mails regarding the same, they have only one reply saying (We are working on that) and finally I have send them mail saying that please discontinue my number.

    After one moth I have received bill 2577 along with my old amount 959 (1618 + 959).

    Which I have not given them and finally they have sent to me notice saying make payment within 7 days, for that I have talk to their lawyer and disclose all the store, he told me that send me all the details, will give you solution for the same. I called to lawyer so many time but they still saying we are working on the same.

    Then my next bill they send to me 2577 along with my old amount 959 (1618 + 959).

    But actual amount should be only 1618 even I have sent them so many mails and I got reply also saying that we will call you back but they never ever call me back. Due to miss behave of Vodafone, I did not make payment of 1618 INR

    Finally they have sent to me a notice saying that I have to make payment worth rupees 2577 INR with in seven day.

    Plz let me know how long will I have to suffer because of the unprofessional attitude of your staff??? When I have made certain payment and I am able to prove that with the Bank Statement, already sent to You, Why am I being harassed with a Legal Notice for paying that amount again? I don’t see any ethical approach from your side to resolve my matter, even after regular follow-up from my side.

    Once again I request You to resolve this matter, once and for all and collect the balance payment due@ 1618/- and clear all outstanding against my name.

    Looking forward to a prompt and positive response from Vodafone. Hope I won’t have to suffer anymore.
