Fraud

I received this same email. Being that I owe a few places I thought it was realistic and logical. The guys email wasn't professional after I started looking into it. "@gmail.com" at first I was pretty worried being threatened with court fees of 3300$ and an arrest warrant. I decided to look up the company that was collecting and come to find out, they are frauds! Don't let these people get you!
