I went on line to buy instyler for my wife and I pay with my card.
And I only pay for that and that only and I know they said the I aprove
this charge. we work verry hard for the money is not good what they doing.
they charge me $1.00 on 01/12/2010 and $29.95 on 01/13/2010 and I call them and they said the they going to return my money, the $29.95 and
30 days went they only take to them to get the money off my account 2 days
but only $29.95 back not the extra dollar. for that they said they dont know nothing them so am get $1.00 short at my account. some one need to stop this thifts

They are known for obtaining your account information from their "marketing partners", often through deception, and starting monthly unauthorized charges under various names.
The $1 charge was probably to "test" the validity of your card number, since the company selling the product you actually bought passed them your account information. "Pinging" card numbers is also common with credit card theives.
For $1 you can't do much.
People who charge cards once without authorization can do it again.
In ALL cases where you know your card or account number is in the hands of anyone you cannot trust, you should contact your bank to close and block that card number due to fraud. Your bank can send you a new card with a new card number.
The Senate Commerce Committee is currently investigating them. Why don't you write a letter to Senator Jay Rockefeller, indicating that they charged your card without authorization, and on your demand only returned $29.95 and not the extra $1 they also charged you. Make clear you never authorized either of the charges.
Also file a complaint with FTC and your state Attorney General.
