I've been trying to contact ICICI regarding my remittance request but in vain. No connection to advisor on phone, and no response to my emails. I need money back home in India, and this appalling service from this bank is hurting me more day by day.

It's been 10 days now since I initiated a transfer request from UK to India using ICICI Money2India service (Transaction number # M2N12738706). The money was transferred to ICICI correspondent bank account (JP Morgan) on the same day of the request (1st Jan). The ICICI website says it takes 1-3 days for the transfer to complete. However, its been 10 days and the status of the request is the same still now!!!! I have been calling ICICI Money2India customer care but in vain. Also, I have sent multiple emails to their email id but no response. I am worried about my hard earned money, and also the exchange rate has dropped quite a bit in these 12 days so who should be liable for that loss???? But first of all, I need ICICI to at least acknowledge they are trying to locate my money...please help......:(

    whats the status of your transfer, did you finally able to get your money. Please reply as i am also sailing on the same boat.
