Lost baggeg

I travelled from Istanbul to Cairo on Sept. 3rd. 2013 on flight number 694 TK 18.10. I was doing my Tax free procedures (that took almost 2 hours without a good reason) and suddenly the police officer who was doing the claim through my baggage on the line without putting the destination sticker and flight number on them. When I told him that the bags did not have the destination stickers, he carelessly ignored my remark. I complained to the supervisors, who were hardly speaking English and they give me 3 bags stickers with the following numbers:
-    TK 758993
-    TK 758994
-    TK  758995
-    These 3 bags did not arrive to Cairo and their description is as follow:
-    One big maroon color bag, and carry” Morano” brand with a carrying handle and wheels
-    One  black hand bag with a carrying handle and wheels (my name and address were written on it on Arabic language)
-    One blue hand bag with a carrying handle and wheels
