This email was just to notify you regarding your case in the Court House.
After sending you the several E-mails, We have not received any response from your side; it seems you are clearly avoiding this legal matter.
We just want to tell you that as you are a genuine customer so we are giving you one more chance to take care of this debt.
You will receive the proper Court Summon at your mailing address with our Authorities and the local police department & Social Security Administration & major Credit Bureaus as well. You will be arrested by Local Cops and hang up to 5th to 6th day in prison.
Your Employer will be informed about your fraud and your wages will be garnished
We just want to know that if you still want to settle this debt outside the Court House then kindly let us knows we will surely help you out.
If you are ready to resolve this matter then we will dissolve the case from your name.
Note: The case may be heard by the judge in your absence if you do not come.
