I attempted to order gems while playing Emoji Blitz, the first two attempts came back saying purchase unsuccessful. But I was charged a total of $15.98, that I did not receive in gems. I would like an immediate refund.

    When doing the bomb emoji bonus I got a glitch and it kept playing all day I had earned around 14,000 coins and over 160,000,000 points is there anyway to get those coins back?

    I spent $2.99 on a special offer containing 100 gems, 30 live and 30,000 coins  and I purchased 3 and the money was taken but I didn't receive anything
