I received a call from TRS and they continue to call my manager's personal work line even after I demanded they stop.  They call me and my employer at least twice a day and have released my personal info to him.  They are very rude and will threaten you with wage garnishment which is not legal without going through court.  I suggest filing a complaint with the FTC to get these scumbags closed down:

    You have told them to stop calling you at work.

    continuing to call your employer, and in particular, calling your boss to harass you through third party disclosure, are violations of FDCPA, for which you can sue them.
