Unexpected charges subsserv_fulltrack iplay

Dear,

I have an Airtel postpaid conection in Chennai circle. I have been getting a charge for value added charges for the last 2 months(Nov-2012 and Dec-2012) . When I spoke to the Airtel CSR they said charge is for value added services. I told them that I don't want any other value added services.
Today I got my 3rd bill. This bill has Rs 155 as value added services i.e for subsserv_fulltrack. I have never used this service.

Please do the needful.
