Why is this company still going

We had a vehicle booked for us had to pay an extra seven pounds to have the vehicle delivered then another to have it collected there was a collection date and time for it to be returned on the day nobody turned up, they turned up the next day when I asked why nobody turned up rudely told by the collection driver I DONT GIVE UP MY SUNDAY WITH MY WIFE AND CHILDREN TO COLLECT YOUR RENTAL CAR, I have to be on call 24 7
On the rental agreement if you do not return the vehicle with a full tank loose £50 deposit if they think not clean charge £80 to valet it & the vehicle we received did not meet my standards
