cell phone bill

Im so anger with rogers. I had cancelled my services in december 2012. I have been paying every month of 100 dollars and my bill is still sittin at 891 dollars. So you tell me where the 700 i paid since january. And even now not having any service with them except for a flex plan of 20 and dont even use it they took it upon themself to cancell it and now expect me to pay 339 for them cancelling plus the 891 so a total of 1218.05. The woman that i spoke to told me that she couldnt put through to someone who was higher to help me out. I dont think its right for them to take things upon themself and cancelled with out talking to the person first. The contact for the flex plan was up in september 2013 two month before they cancelled it. To anyone else that reads this i hope they havent taken advantage of you guys like they did with me. And they will never get anymore money from again.
