I have no idea what this is, all I want is my $53.94 returned ASAP before I take my complaint to the BB.  I see by your website you are not unfamiliar  with people being pissed off at being charged for something they did not order and did not want.  Take care of this immediately; if I do not see my money back in my account within 2 business days I will notify the Better Business Bureau computer fraud division.

    As with any unauthorized charge..
    Your best response is to dispute it through your bank, and have your bank block the card number or shut down the account.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
