Crooks and Senior Citizen Deceivers

My mom and dad signed up with Monitronics a few years who.  My mom specifically asked if the price was going to increase and sales rep said no.  So, my mom didn't know why  that the price was going up by 5% every year.  I called and they said is in the contract. To me if my mom is adding of the price is going to go up and they say no they are liars and not being honest with seniors.  Now we canceled the contract but they say it takes 30 days from the day they receive the signed cancellation notice and of course 3 days later they say that the cancellation notice I stmt to them hasn't been received.  And,  during all this they are still withdrawing money from my mom's account.  They are crooked,  shady,  and thieves.
