I have been hit with Center4grants.com for 39.95 with no permission.  To get this cleared up they also mentioned Newwork Agenda.com cancelled also along with other charges.  By the time I got done it had grown up to 4 cancellation numbers - that is how quick this fraud grows.

I just received these same charges on my credit card but I have never even signed up for anything like this.  I live in Canada why on earth would I be looking for a US Government Grant.  I don't know how they got my credit card number.  I've already canceled my card and filed a fraud charge against this company.  I just don't understand how they got my credit card number.
Any idea's?  I don't want this to ever happen again so do I just stop buying anything online?

the person behind all of these scams is an attorney from Utah. His name is Jeremy D. Eveland at 8833 South Redwood Road, Suite c-2, West Jordan Utah 84088. His phone number is PH# 801-676-5506. You can google his name and find out for yourself, he is also currently under investigation by the Utah State Attorney Generals office for one of his companies causing all this grief to unsuspecting people, the investigation is on the business "blazingkeywords", this is just one of many such as "adword search", "grant finder", "grant masters", "blazing words" and the list goes on and on. not to mention over 10 different address and over 20 phone numbers all answered by a call center in the philipines. I suggest that everyone file an official complaint with the Utah Attorney generals office. The more complaints ther are the quicker this guy can get put away.

I just received my bank statement today and noticed that there was two charges to my account for $38.34 each. One was from grant finders and the other was from grants-for-us. I was told to send an e-mail to support@grantmasters online.com, requesting a refund. There was also 2 other charges for 29.90 each.  I called the bank and got the numbers for these charges.  I was told that I would have to write a letter to some place in peru with a cancellation code that was given to me by the person I was able to reach.  I am so upset because, I never contacted either of these companies about their product.  I certainly did not give them my banking information. I just want to get my money back.  I will be contacting my bank and the police dept. in the a.m.

I am attorney Jeremy Eveland and the information posted by "wise old man" is false and misleading.  I am not behind any scams.  I am not under investigation by the Utah State Attorney General's office and I do not make any money from "blazingkeywords"; "adword search"; "grant finder"; "grant masters"; "blazing words"; or others.  I am a real estate and business attorney - I am not a scammer.  Whomever posted this information does not know the truth and is trying to put blame on me.  Thank you.

Jeremy Eveland:  I just noticed in checking my back statements that I was charged $9.99 and then $99.99 on November 25th-2011.   I have no idea how you got my credit card number and seeing as I live in Michigan and you are a business attorney and a real estate attorney I would have no use for an attorney in Utah.  I would appreciate an explanation and a refund.  Thank you.

      Sincerely,  Kim C

The address provded by these web scammers is an office building that houses several law offices only one of which is J.D. Eveland. Websites thefuturebuilder.com, incomemachine.com,yourincomementor3000.com, and the one that stung me educationthenincome.com are all sites that provide the same Ut address. These web sites as far as I can tell no longer exist.

Does this Eveland guy have anything to do with a fix your credit type of business he claims is associated with getting an FHA mortgage loan? Has anyone had this type of experience..it also concerns Emmidiate credit solutions, and a website called Mycreditcompany.com?

    Trust me, I know
As far as Jeremy Eveland is concerned....I would NOT have any business dealings with him period as an attorney. He is not a web scammer, he is a real estate and investing scammer. Many people are in financial ruins thanks to him.

Still not being investigated Jeremy? You are a poor excuse for an attorney, part-time judge and a human being. You victimized my elderly mother and dozens of others. You are a greedy liar that deserves what is coming to him. I hope you get a chance to feel what its like to be homeless and that justice is served.

I just got a credit card bill for $116 to Urbserv LLC NV.  Googling it comes up with nothing but it is owned by this Jeremy guy with an address in Utah. I've never heard of Urbserv.  I'll be reporting it to my credit card company immediately.

The Urbserv charge was valid.  Have to be fair.
