To make it short I was left without a safe working furnace for 16 days in Jan,2016. It took AHS that long just to order the part even after telling me previously that it had been ordered. Due to health problems I had to have my furnace replaced paying out of pocket. No surprise that AHS refused to offer any reimbursement toward this expense. As a side complaint customer service is terrible, not only rude but almost impossible to understand them.
