Product Ordered never recieved Debit Card Posted Amount

Around the end of March 2010 I order the above referenced product. On April 15, 2010 my Debit Card had the balanced deducted and the products have never been delivered. I wish to cancel this order and have my account credited for the full amount. Additionally, I have read a lot of complaints against this company for continuing to debit the cards even after cancellation. How can I insure that this does not happen to me?

Call your bank to dispute the charge for product you did not receive. Follow up with a written dispute to invoke your FRB Reg. E dispute rights.
Block your debit card number due to the possibility of fraud.
In the future, do not have, activate, or use debit cards since they give the companies you provide your number to direct access to the cash in your checking account. Similarly, do not use check cards, checks, or your checking account number for payments to any company you do not already know and trust.
Use only credit cards for payments to on-line or store retailers, since the fraud protections are stronger with credit card transactions and it is easier to block fraudulent charges,
