no service additionally needed,but charged.mental torture

i am spkgoguldoss.my cell no.is 9894333699. i have never requested for any additional services.i am a prepaid customer. but i am debited with charges for airtel message alter service,which have been so many times made complaint to the customer care of airtel.but all were in vain.every time they register my compalint and reply that the service would be deactivated. but till to day it has not been done and mymoney has been taken without my knowledge andgiving me mental agony and financial loss.i request that no services i need and the money taken from me should be reimbursed for their negligence of service other wise i will have to seek the intervention of court to settle my issue.further action taken may kindly be intimated to me immediately
