Big Scam

I have received calls from this company and they have called my work. They have threatened me with garnishment. I called them and told them that I was filing bankruptcy gave them my case number and asked who the creditor was, they said VIP Loan shop I asked for an address and they said they didn't have it. So, I said fine give me your address then and the call was disconnected. They also told me to hurry because there was a wage assignment going out on Monday. (Today is Friday) I said you can't do that without a court order and they told me they could because I signed something saying they could. So I called my attorney and he said that there is no way they can garnish wages and that the reason they won't give an address is because they are operating outside the law. He called it borderline scam.
