Solicitation harassment/violation of state and federal do-not-call listings

Cardholder Services REFUSES to stop calling me despite the non-solicitation requirements they are supposed to be held to at my state and federal level.  Why do these people get away with this?  They are a bane and a blight, an acknowledged violater, pest, annoyance, unwanted, purposeless festering boil on the rear end of the dregs of telemarketing.   Please:  tell the creten who owns this scum-of-an-organization to STOP CALLING ME NOW.
