Won't stop

These people just won't stop I've asked ,then told, now demanded that they stop  and "Chris"  just laugh stating in his broken English "I will call many times I want until verify information and take care of charged with me or  If you do not the law enforcement will show up for you in five minutes, I have on hold waiting for my word to arrest you!" I laughed and told him "OK Chris you go ahead give them the word, tell them while I'm waiting in going to have a beer I'll have I've waiting on them as well" let's just say they never showed. Oh also my dad gave me this piece of advice (and honestly this never occurred to me but) if they ask if they are speaking to "Mr/Ms (your name )" NEVER NEVER say yes i ask "whose speaking" because they record that and use it on the phone calls that accept. Voice response to move forward it give permission for any thing. It happen to him and it almost cost him his home.
