SAID CELL PHONE HAD WET BATTERY-WHEN ITS NEVER BEEN NEER ANY MOISTURE

Rep at Sprint store in Ft Myers, FL on 41 State Rd. My battery was wet when I took it in and I would have to file a claim and pay the deductible-this is a total lie, she told the person who was going to inspect it that the battery was wet ahead of time as if to plant the seed that that was the excuse they were going to give me as not to give me another replacement for free and refer me to the insurance line-my phone has never been near any moisture-I rarely use it and rarely do I carry it on me-the phone started to shut off as soon as I turned it on-read on internet this seems to be a common problem even with the phones just purchased-I followed suggestions from others who have had same problem on internet-nothing worked-so I took it in-I'm furious over this and will take this as high as I can go.
