I purchased new QA-50 mobile from shop and after one day I suffered that my cell phone is automatically closed. I went to the company and asked them to replace it with new. But they refused and repaired it by saying that the battery of your cell is loose. I made it adjusted and then you will never be a complaint. But after a week I observed same problems and today it suddenly hanged and not running its function after signs of "QA Mobile".
Somebody told me that its software is corrupt. Now what to do? Being a lawyer may send a legal notice to company or file a civil suit for damages? (Kamran) aqui sance@yahoo.com

    mene q mobile a-50 noir new liya tha kuch din boht acha chala mere pas or mene apne 3 friends ko b yahi mobile lekr diya mgr phir mere moblie me soft were ka problem hogya or hang hokr bnd hojata tha.

    mere friends ne local shops se apna soft were theek krwa diya mgr mene compny cleam krne ka faisla kiya or compny me mobile bhej diya jo 20 din guzrne k bad b nhi bna or ab compny waly bolty he usme pani gya he or dameg b hoya he set.
    islye 800 rupe me bnega .
